I aim to get orders out within 1-2 working days, though sometimes life (and three kids!) means it might take a day or two longer. I'll always keep you updated if there's a delay.

Not happy with your order? Just drop me an email and we'll sort it out. I'm a small business so I handle returns on a case-by-case basis - but I promise to be fair and reasonable. Your satisfaction with my crafted products matters to me.
Snap off one segment and add to your wax burner
Continue to melt until fragrance has gone, which as a guide is usually approx 6hrs. Once the fragrance has gone, allow the wax to cool and harden, then remove and clean as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
