Restore opens with warm orange and bergamot – familiar, comforting citrus – but then takes a really interesting turn as the aniseed, cypress and ylang ylang come through. It's not what you'd expect, and that's exactly why people love it. Warm, woody, slightly spiced, and beautifully complex.

Seven essential oils in this one, and every single one is doing something. The aniseed is the star of the show – it's what makes Restore feel unique – but it's balanced beautifully by the citrus and the woody base notes. Pure essential oils, nothing artificial, and genuinely complex.
The throw is softer than my fragrance oil blends, but it builds nicely and fills a room with warmth once it gets going.
I'll be honest – this isn't for everyone, and I think that's a good thing. The aniseed gives it a distinctiveness that you either love or you don't, and the people who love it really, really love it. It's one of those scents that people come back for because nothing else quite scratches the same itch.

Snap off one segment and add to your wax burner
Continue to melt until fragrance has gone, which as a guide is usually approx 6hrs. Once the fragrance has gone, allow the wax to cool and harden, then remove and clean as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
